The construction of the circuit board is
perhaps best subcontracted to an electronics company from the
point of reliability (requires grouping a large order to make it
economical). The gerber files for construction of the board are
available from Graham
Naylor . Soldering by hand such a
surface mount board is possible provided the circuit board is of
good quality with a solder resist layer (but requires some courage
and a little practice).
